17. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REACH AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO REACH IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR (B) $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
18. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reach and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and partners from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or the rights of a third party.
