IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
Reach My Health offers prescription treatments containing sildenafil, tadalafil, oxytocin, and/or PT-141 (bremelanotide). These medications may not be appropriate for everyone and should only be used as prescribed by a licensed healthcare provider.
*Sildenafil and Tadalafil:* Do not use with nitrates, recreational nitrites (“poppers”), or riociguat, as these combinations can cause dangerously low blood pressure. Possible side effects include headache, flushing, dizziness, nasal congestion, indigestion, and back or muscle pain. Seek immediate medical attention for chest pain, sudden vision or hearing loss, or an erection lasting longer than 4 hours.
*Oxytocin:* Oxytocin may affect uterine contractions, fluid balance, and cardiovascular function. Its safety and effectiveness for sexual wellness have not been established by the FDA. Potential risks depend on the dose, formulation, and route of administration. Patients who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have relevant cardiovascular or medical conditions should discuss these risks with their healthcare provider.
*PT-141 (Bremelanotide):* May cause nausea, vomiting, flushing, headache, temporary increases in blood pressure, decreases in heart rate, and skin darkening that may persist. It should not be used by patients with uncontrolled high blood pressure or known cardiovascular disease. FDA approval of injectable bremelanotide does not extend to compounded sublingual formulations or use in men.
*General Precautions:* Inform your healthcare provider about all medications, supplements, and medical conditions before treatment. Do not exceed your prescribed dose or combine treatments without medical approval. Prescription medications may cause serious side effects or drug interactions.
*Compounded Medications:* Certain treatments offered through Reach My Health are compounded medications. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and the FDA has not evaluated their safety, effectiveness, or quality before marketing. The safety and effectiveness of these specific ingredient combinations have not been established in FDA-reviewed clinical trials.
*For medical emergencies, call 911.* For complete information, consult your prescribing healthcare provider.

Clinical studies supporting each ingredient
Ingredient | Evidence strength | What the research supports |
Sildenafil | Strong | Improves erectile function in men with ED |
Tadalafil | Strong | Improves erectile function, with responsiveness demonstrated up to 36 hours |
PT-141 (bremelanotide) | Moderate, specific population | Improves sexual desire and related distress in premenopausal women with HSDD |
Oxytocin | Limited and mixed | Possible effects on orgasm and partner interactions; no consistent improvement in desire or arousal |
Goldstein et al. (1998) Oral Sildenafil in the Treatment of Erectile Dysfunction New England Journal of Medicine
In two randomized studies involving 861 men with erectile dysfunction, sildenafil significantly improved erectile function compared with placebo.
In one study, 69% of intercourse attempts were successful with sildenafil versus 22% with placebo.
Supported claim: Sildenafil can improve the ability to achieve and maintain an erection in men with erectile dysfunction.

Porst et al. (2003) Efficacy of Tadalafil for the Treatment of Erectile Dysfunction at 24 and 36 Hours After Dosing Urology
This randomized, double-blind trial included 348 men with erectile dysfunction.
At 36 hours after dosing, 59.2% of intercourse attempts were successful with tadalafil versus 28.3% with placebo.
Supported claim: Tadalafil improves erectile function and can provide an extended window of responsiveness lasting up to 36 hours. This does not mean a continuous erection.

Kingsberg et al. (2019) Bremelanotide for the Treatment of Hypoactive Sexual Desire Disorder: Two Randomized Phase 3 Trials Obstetrics & Gynecology
Two randomized trials enrolled 1,267 premenopausal women with HSDD.
Compared with placebo, bremelanotide significantly improved measures of sexual desire and reduced distress related to low sexual desire.
However, subsequent analyses have questioned the clinical magnitude of some benefits. The trials studied 1.75 mg subcutaneous injections, not Reach Desire’s compounded sublingual combination.
Supported claim: Injectable bremelanotide has demonstrated improvements in sexual desire in certain premenopausal women with HSDD.

Behnia et al. (2014) Differential Effects of Intranasal Oxytocin on Sexual Experiences and Partner Interactions in Couples Hormones and Behavior
In a study involving 29 couples, intranasal oxytocin did not significantly improve conventional measures of sexual desire, arousal, or erection. However, researchers observed some improvements in orgasm intensity, post-intercourse contentment, and partner interaction measures.

Muin et al. (2015) Effect of Long-Term Intranasal Oxytocin on Sexual Dysfunction in Premenopausal and Postmenopausal Women Fertility and Sterility
This randomized crossover trial studied 30 women. Sexual-function scores improved during both oxytocin and placebo treatment, but there was no statistically significant advantage for oxytocin.
